Analysis of all trades; Architectural, Interior Design, Structural, and MEPFS plans to identify conflicts and provide solutions and/or recommendations. Review plans submittals; certify completion of work prior endorsement of billing for consultation fee. Production of Architectural documents as needed: schematic design, design development, re-search, conceptualization, construction details, specification of materials Project Administration; Overlook project implementation/ project supervision to assure design and details intentions are strictly followed.
