I have been engineering small to medium sized structures for both residential and commercial use in Florida for the past 4 years and drafting for 7. My main focus has been in private residence engineering (wood, cmu, and concrete construction) as well as condominium structures.

My main proposal for work is to aid in drafting of structural documents and plans, according to standards set forth by the client and the Florida Building Code. My knowledge and background in engineering will allow me to speed the process of drafting up based on my understanding of structural systems. I have worked with both AutoCAD and Revit. If provided an architectural concept, I can consult with you to provide all necessary items related to the structural engineering permitting requirements as well as a signed and sealed design.

My experience includes concrete, wood framing, hollow core, steel joist and deck design, etc. Most of these design elements are prescriptive with appropriate tables, and I can design these as I draft in order to make efficient the process of approval by the client and for permitting.
