  • Engaged in manufacturing supervision and successful testing of cryogenic pump cable entry prototypes, resulting in obtaining functioning and cost-effective prototypes, suitable for implementing in high-pressure cryogenic machines.
  • Developed variable calculation program, detailed 3D models and drawings of single- and two-stage rotary cryogenic pump, ensuring accurate communication of design intent to fabrication teams. These work’s results were used for scaling and manufacturing a functional and performance-tested line of cryogenic liquid nitrogen pumps.
  • Designed variable calculation program for Roots rotary pump machine, implementing numerical methods and computer-aided engineering design solutions in mechanical systems. Developed complete set of technical and manufacturing documentation for the prototype, as well as technological and hydraulic schemes for thermohydraulic test circuit. Tested pump was later used in gas conditioning unit of LNG production line.

  • Calculated, designed and developed complete set of technical and manufacturing documentation for 6 two- and three-stream heat exchangers, including evaporator-condenser design type.
  • Designed ports and valves for deep vacuuming of input cryogenic module, of NICA project superconductive synchrotron (JINR, Dubna, 2019)
  • Developed 3D models, assembly and detail drawings with accompanying technical documentation for main and auxiliary piping of the first and only rig in Europe for testing equipment for medium- and large-scale LNG plants (JSC "NIIEFA", Saint-Petersburg, 2020-2021).
