About

I am an architect / architectural designer with experience in building design, CAD drafting, 3D modelling and architectural rendering. I help clients turn rough sketches, PDFs, site measurements and design ideas into professional architectural drawings and realistic visual presentations.
I can assist with concept design, floor plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, as-built drawings, council/submission drawings, PDF to DWG conversion, CAD clean-up, 3D architectural models and realistic renders
My goal is to deliver accurate, practical and well-presented architectural work that is easy to understand, suitable for project development, and visually strong.

My work includes concept design, space planning, floor plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, as-built drawings, council/submission drawings, CAD clean-up, PDF to DWG conversion, 3D architectural modelling and render preparation.
I also develop design concepts, improve layouts, create presentation visuals and produce 3D renders that help clients clearly understand the look and feel of the project before construction.

Construction site management I also have construction and site experience, which helps me understand how drawings are used in real building work. My experience includes site inspections, construction coordination, checking workmanship, reviewing site conditions, preparing snag lists, identifying construction issues, and assisting with practical design solutions on site.
This construction background helps me produce drawings that are not only visually clear, but also practical, buildable and easier for contractors and clients to understand. I pay attention to details such as levels, finishes, structural coordination, drainage, roofing, openings, materials and general construction quality.
My site experience also helps me communicate better with contractors, clients and project teams, especially when drawings need to be updated, corrected or developed during construction.
