I'm a Senior Mold Designer with 10+ years of hands-on experience turning complex product concepts into production-ready injection molds. My core tool is *Siemens NX*, where I specialize in 3D mold design, assembly modeling, drafting, mold wizard, and cooling/ejection system design.
Over the last decade I’ve designed 200+ tools including multi-cavity, family molds, and hot runner systems for automotive and consumer goods. I focus on DFM, mold flow feedback, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up to ensure first-shot success and minimize rework.
