About
BATI-SCAN is a service company for building professionals and individuals. Initially founded in July 2022, the main mission is to operate an extremely precise measuring device: the 3D laser scanner.
Several digital and graphic work aids for the study of old buildings or structural elements can be generated thanks to the information collected on site. These are digital models (or digital twins) of the existing condition that are used to create projects for renovation, or for a structural diagnosis of floors, vertical walls and any other analysis of structural deformation or the condition of buildings (facades, etc.).
BATI-SCAN can rely on two former architects' collaborators for their high-quality achievements in the field of renovation and rehabilitation. Both of these experienced technicians know the requirements of an engineer or architect and are fluent in the language when it comes to interpreting the characteristics of a building.
BATI-SCAN also offers on-site support services to improve the accuracy of the installation of construction elements, to gain in efficiency or to point out defects in a construction.
Augmented reality is the third direction of BATI-SCAN. The aim is to offer real estate project leaders a decision-making solution by immersing themselves in their real environment with the digital implementation of a project.
