Calculating Low Cycle Fatigue (LCF) life using mission profiles, Rainflow Counting, and Miner's Rule.
Executing detailed crack initiation and crack propagation analyses to establish Serviceable Limits for critical features like the Seal Wire Groove.
Developing 3D to 2D stress correlation factors to enable accurate and efficient full-mission life calculations.
I have a strong foundation in Thermo-mechanical Fatigue (TMF) and Stress Concentration Factor (Kt) calculation, directly supporting the Life Management team in making critical decisions regarding non-conforming components and long-term rotor reliability.
