I have spearheaded this multi-phase development from land acquisition and master planning through to final delivery.

Core Responsibilities & Milestones:
Integrated Design Management: Directed the master plan and coordinated multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Standardized design workflows, harmonized internal departmental requirements, and ensured executive strategic alignment.

Government & Regulatory Liaison: Acted as the primary technical liaison with the Natural Resources Bureau, Housing & Construction Bureau, and Fire Department. Navigated evolving local policies to secure planning permits and construction licenses.

Construction & Technical Supervision: Resolved complex on-site engineering challenges and chaired technical exchange meetings between design institutes and construction contractors to ensure structural and aesthetic integrity.
