I coordinated how the software was being used across teams, made sure design data was properly integrated, and stepped in to resolve any technical issues, whether that was software crashes, modelling errors, or user-facing problems, before they could impact project timelines.
  
  I also managed the transition from E3D to Navisworks, handling data administration and ensuring client datasheets were accurately incorporated into the design process. Beyond the technical side, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to align project execution with technical specifications, making sure components were catalogued correctly and met both the project standards and client expectations. Maintaining quality, consistency, and compliance with industry standards was central to everything I did.
