• R&D Mechanical Design Engineer Alkor · Full-time Oct 2023 – Present 2 yrs 7 mos Bursa, Bursa, Türkiye -Lead mechanical design, analysis, and prototype development activities for automotive interior and exterior lighting systems for OEM customers including Volkswagen Group and Ford.
  -Perform detailed PCB thermal simulations, including worst-case and derating calculations, in accordance with customer specifications, and prepare technical reports.
  Perform design and feasibility analyses for RFQ projects and develop detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) to support cost evaluation processes.
  Perform part and assembly design using CATIA V5 (GSD, Part Design, Assembly Design).
  Conduct weekly meetings with customers to support co-design product development activities
  -Gained hands-on experience in mechanical design and thermal analysis processes as a part-time member of the R&D team during my undergraduate studies.
  -Create mechanical design concepts for RFQ projects and generate detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) to support cost and feasibility evaluations.
  -Conduct detailed electronic thermal analyses for ongoing development projects to ensure thermal reliability and performance compliance.
