About
I’m a Texas Licensed Civil Professional Engineer (PE) with 20+ years of roadway/bridge and construction experience across design, PS&E production, field inspection, and contract administration. I help contractors and engineering teams with accurate quantity takeoffs (BOQ), TxDOT-style plan QA/constructability reviews, and roadway plan production support—delivered remotely with clear assumptions and well-organized outputs.
I can provide takeoffs for earthwork, base, asphalt, concrete, curb & gutter, sidewalk/ADA, drainage, striping, and signage, plus detailed plan punchlists to catch missing/inconsistent notes, pay items, quantities, and coordination issues. I also support PS&E production (redlines, labeling, typical sections, QC) and documentation (pay quantity tracking, RFIs/submittals). Share your plan set (PDF) and bid item list (if available), and I can start immediately.
