About
I am an Electrical Engineer with professional experience in Australia, specialising in HV power systems design, ETAP power system studies, and AutoCAD electrical drafting. I have supported Australian EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial facilities with compliant, practical electrical designs across industrial and infrastructure projects.
My experience includes load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, and protection coordination studies using ETAP, as well as detailed single-line diagrams, substation layouts, and equipment drawings developed in AutoCAD. I have worked with Australian HV/MV networks, transformers, switchgear, generators, motors, and protection systems in line with local utility and site requirements.
I am familiar with Australian Standards and practices, including AS/NZS 3000, AS 2067, and relevant IEC/IEEE standards commonly applied on Australian projects. My work focuses on delivering clear documentation, accurate calculations, and designs suitable for construction, review, and approval within the Australian regulatory environment.
I take a practical approach to engineering, ensuring designs are buildable, well-coordinated, and aligned with safety and compliance expectations. I am comfortable supporting projects from concept and feasibility through to detailed design and technical reporting.

I am an Electrical Engineer with over three years of experience delivering complex engineering outcomes across power generation, heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, utilities, and critical infrastructure projects. I currently operate in a senior engineering capacity, taking responsibility for technical leadership, design coordination, and delivery across the full project lifecycle—from early scoping and tender support through to detailed design, installation, testing, and commissioning. My work is strongly client-facing and requires a high level of autonomy, technical judgement, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
My project experience includes large-scale 11 kV power reticulation works for industrial manufacturing facilities, where I led scope development, supported estimation and tendering, coordinated civil, mechanical, and electrical interfaces, and produced detailed designs for HV and LV systems. This included planning and integration of LV switchboards, MV/HV panels, network cabinets, UPS systems, battery chargers, and site-wide cable infrastructure. I regularly reviewed HV panel schematics and protection philosophies, developed protection logic and interlocking diagrams, prepared relay setting parameters, and managed RFIs, technical queries, and document control through to approved and as-built status.
I have also held senior responsibilities on power station projects involving HV protection relay testing and commissioning. My role included configuring and operating Omicron test equipment, verifying protection schemes and logic, performing earth grid testing (soil resistivity, step and touch potentials, resistance and continuity), and supporting partial discharge testing of HV cables using thermographic and ultrasonic techniques. I routinely supported fault-finding and troubleshooting of HV equipment and acted as a technical point of contact for clients during testing and commissioning phases.
In addition, I have delivered detailed P&ID development and as-built documentation for hydroelectric facilities, undertaking site investigations, capturing existing conditions, and producing fully coordinated drawings using AutoCAD Plant 3D. These works required close engagement with clients, iterative design reviews, and strict adherence to deadlines and quality requirements.
Earlier in my career, I worked extensively on live operational environments such as international airports and major hospitals, contributing to large-scale revamp projects. My responsibilities included preparing installation methodologies and work packs, developing short- and medium-term work schedules, commissioning fire detection, suppression, and security systems, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and regulatory requirements. These projects required strong safety leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver works without disrupting critical operations.
Across all projects, I am known for my ability to manage technically complex systems, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and deliver high-quality engineering outcomes under demanding conditions. I am actively working toward Chartered status and continuing to expand my responsibilities toward senior and lead electrical engineering roles.
