I am a highly motivated self-starter that is experienced in the design and manufacture of products from initial concept to production. I have 17+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. I have experience using 3D parametric design packages like Pro-Engineer and SolidWorks. I collaborate with engineers, technicians, venders, and customers to bring innovative ideas from design to production to be sold on the open market. I have also been responsible for developing documentation for new product introduction and production support. I am familiar with time studies, gage r&r studies and many other production support related issues. I believe I could apply these skills and many more to this position. I have also been instrumental in troubleshooting quality issues and optimizing production processes. I believe in optimizing processes to maximize throughput.
