I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate offering SolidWorks-based CAD services for freelance projects. My work includes 3D part modeling, assemblies, basic engineering drawings, sheet metal, FEA analysis, Motion analysis and weldments. I focus on creating clear, practical designs that are suitable for manufacturing and easy to understand. Experience

Trainee Mechanical and Automation Engineer Atlas Axilia (Pvt) Ltd · Internship Oct 2023 – Apr 2024 6 mos Peliyagoda, WP, Sri Lanka Projects carried,

1. Designing and developing a defect detection and rejection
system for Saddle Binder Machine. Designed a system consisting of five conveyors for defect detection and rejection in the saddle binder machine. Mounted sensors for stapler defect detection and to receive cycle time data. Replaced the Xinje PLC with the Haiwell PLC.

2. Overhaul Project.
Made the wiring of the panel box neat and secure, fixed a VFD for the motor of the printing unit, designed and assembled the required mechanical parts, adjusted the existing mechanisms, wrote the PLC program for the machine.
