I specialize in analyzing specifications to design parts and assemblies for antenna platforms, primarily for the aerospace sector. I model components using CAD software (such as SOLIDWORKS) and then produce technical drawings in accordance with design standards ready for manufactured.
If necessary i perform finite element analysis FEA to assess how an individual part or full antenna assembly will be able to operate under set conditions, ensuring designs are fit for purpose before manufacture and assembly.
I also create renders of products to be used in sales and marketing material for consumers. In addition to providing general engineering support to other individuals, including technical queries and determining ideal components to be used within greater assemblies.

During my studies I covered core engineering subjects such as thermodynamics, mechanical design and fluid dynamics, with strong focus to aerospace related subject matter like aerodynamics, propulsion and aircraft design.
I specialised in space modules that gave insight to spacecraft design and the fundamental principles of space. I also developed my engineering software skills, most specifically in MATLAB, SOLIDWORKS, and Ansys, as well learning how to produce structured engineering reports.
