• Project Intern – Automated Guided Vehicle Development (Foxlink) Foxlink India Electric Private Limited · Internship Jul 2025 – Sep 2025 2 mos Tirupati, AP, India Led the development of a custom-made Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) as part of an industry-funded project (₹1 Lakh) for industrial operations. Designed and validated a 30 kg capacity AGV with 8+ hours runtime using BLDC 2WD drive, obstacle detection, and multi-mode control. Created the chassis in SolidWorks and ANSYS, fabricated with stainless steel pipes and ACP casing. Programmed PLCs with Modbus for integration of sensors, relays, motors, and joystick control, ensuring robust performance and safety.

Ltd · Internship Dec 2024 – Jan 2025 1 mos Chennai, TN, India Completed in-plant training at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), Oragadam, focusing on the HDT production line. Analyzed production processes to improve material flow, efficiency, and safety. Collaborated with engineers on production management and technical operations, while proposing conceptual designs and sub-assembly improvements to enhance productivity.
