Designed and validated a 30 kg capacity AGV with 8+ hours runtime using BLDC 2WD drive, obstacle detection, and multi-mode control. Created the chassis in SolidWorks and ANSYS, fabricated with stainless steel pipes and ACP casing. Programmed PLCs with Modbus for integration of sensors, relays, motors, and joystick control, ensuring robust performance and safety.
