I am a mechanical engineer specializing in manufacturing and mechanical design, with hands-on experience across all stages of the production process — from concept to realization. My expertise spans CNC milling, lathe machining, welding, laser cutting, 3D printing, 3D scanning, and composite material fabrication, as well as precise work with tubes, square profiles, and sheet metal. I have extensive experience guiding full manufacturing workflows involving laser cutting, bending, and welding, ensuring quality and efficiency from design to final assembly.
I am proficient in a range of engineering and design software, including SolidWorks (3D modeling, technical drawings, FEA analysis, sheet metal, weldments, surfaces, topology optimization, design studies, and complex assemblies), Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidCAM, ANSYS, MATLAB, and Cura.
In my bachelor’s thesis, I developed and implemented a predictive maintenance system for an Ender 3 V2 3D printer, enabling early detection of nozzle clogging through vibration monitoring (Arduino + ADXL345) and signal analysis (FFT, PSD, Welch, PCA). The system successfully distinguished normal from faulty operation states, demonstrating strong potential for integration into intelligent additive manufacturing systems.
