Plans I have covered include Equipment Layouts, full MEP/Rough-in sets, Complete fabrication shop drawings working with the shop foreman and mechanics to provide accurate drawings, I have drawn form sketch, consultant drawings, written specs and appliance specification sheets. Cad work also has included creating & inserting blocks, from manufacturer sites or KCL, I have worked with most major contractors in the Houston area using FTP sites Procore etc. I have worked with all parties involved communication to accomplish all essential needs managing projects start to finish.
