My mission is thermal/electric/hydraulic modelling of power electronics supporting product development (PCBs, Chips, Coolers).
Using ANSYS Fluent, CFX & WorkBench, I prepare f(T) dependent electro-thermal/CHT models for e-Vehicle products. I also do so-called Reduced-order-modelling, where we can examine a large number of DoEs with less computational effort.
