About
I am Muhammad Ghafur Ramadhan, a Civil Engineering graduate from Institut Teknologi Sumatera with a keen analytical mindset.
My approach to observation involves examining situations from multiple perspectives, allowing me to develop comprehensive
analyses of various scenarios. This analytical capability has proven invaluable throughout my academic and professional journey. Throughout my engineering experience, I have demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities, consistently showing thorough understanding of complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
My particular strength lies in project management, where I have applied both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to optimize project workflows. During my internship at the Directorate General of Housing (PUPR), I was responsible for calculating workflow sequences and time acceleration opportunities for a three-storey public housing development project. I utilized industry-standard
software including MS Project and Gantt charts to facilitate this process. My methodology involved first classifying tasks within a
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), then proceeding to develop detailed Gantt charts and MS Project timelines. The culmination of my work involved creating a Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to identify opportunities for time optimization, thereby preventing potential delays while maintaining efficient resource allocation.
Overall, I am a diligent professional capable of performing effectively both independently and as part of a team. My project
management capabilities, combined with my technical expertise in civil engineering, position me as a valuable asset for international organizations seeking detail-oriented and analytical team members who can contribute meaningfully to complex
construction and infrastructure projects.
