Phi Theta Kappa
The AAS in Mechanical Design provides comprehensive training in the principles of mechanical drafting, 3D design, and manufacturing technology. Coursework covers engineering graphics, CAD/CAM systems, machine design, materials and processes, GD&T, and applied mechanics. Students gain practical experience producing accurate technical drawings, performing mechanical analysis, and preparing documentation for production and fabrication environments.
