• Test Engineer Oregon State University · Part-time Oct 2024 – Aug 2025 10 mos OR, United States Developed a DAQ system for a wave energy project. Used Python and LabView. I built a wiring harness and sourced the necessary sensors and bundled them in one system.
• Composites Lead Engineer Global Formula Racing · Full-time Jan 2024 – Aug 2024 7 mos OR, United States Developed a composite monococ chassis and utilized various additive manufacturing techniques to improve performance.
  
  Utilized Siemens NX (CAD) to model a new chassis mechanical design using surface and solid modeling. The car participated in 3 competitions in the US, Germany, and Hungary on NASCAR and F1 tracks. The design took 1 year when I was responsible to sourcing materials and design mold manufacturing procedure.
  
  Performed process development for 3D printed hardpoints using SLA and FDM. The process involved DOE for the prototype and validation physical testing on an Instron to ensure structural integrity. The tests involved tensile destructive testing and the utilization of strain gauges to see the failure development. The new hardpoints reduced total chassis weight by 8%.
  
  Handled structural design and documentation of chassis for 3 cars and competitions in the US and Germany. The design included material selection, physical testing, FEA (Ansys), and numerical simulation in MATLAB. Over 2 years, I filled out 4 full design documents that were accepted on time.
