Certified Professional Building Designer by the American Institute of Building Design in 2000. Often I customize "off the shelf" house plans and bring them to local code. All Designs are triple drafted with AutoCad, 3D Sketchup and 5D Render so you can better visualize your project. I also size all structural members with Strucalc. I offer a free initial consultations, and my rates are quite reasonable. On Buildings and Decks I also can provide Construction Administration.

Furthermore, we now offer modeling and rendering services for architectural firms. We can create complete solar panel and riser diagrams with a grid interface for Puget Sound Energy permits, and I can also pull building permits.
