• Mechanical Engineer Laser Zentrum Hannover · Full-time Oct 2012 – Sep 2014 1 yrs 11 mos Hanover, NDS, Germany Mechanical design, simulation, analysis and test in the field of spaceborne laser development. MOMA (Mars
  Organic Molecule Analyser) project - European Space Agency's (ESA) ExoMars program (Exobiology on Mars).
  My main contributions included the design in CATIA, simulation and analysis using ANSYS Workbench, and test
  of the Laser that was sent to Mars. The testing of the high precision optic components, focussed on thermal,
  mechanical and vibration analyses, was done in a clean room. I was in charge of the thermal analysis and thermomechanical
  expansion at extreme temperature conditions, recreating Mars environment by using a vacuum
  chamber within the clean room.
