  As the project-in-charge of multiple horizontal residential developments, I manage the end-to-end execution of site works, from land development and house construction to client turnover and post-construction services.

  📝 Design Review & Conflict Resolution: Participate in design coordination meetings, assess flawed plans, and handle cost-sharing negotiations with external designers due to design errors.
  
  🏘️ Turnover-Ready Unit Preparation: Ensure units are visually presentable for sales purposes; schedule repainting, cleaning, and minor touch-ups aligned with marketing timelines.
