  My responsibilities include strategic planning, team development, and hands-on execution of all technical operations—from 3D scanning and surface modeling to mold design, prototyping, and simulation (CFD). I also lead the standardization of processes, implementation of digital systems for quoting and documentation, and integration of cutting-edge technologies to support international scalability.
• RTD Engineer Roart Engineering · Full-time Jan 2013 – Present 13 yrs Tijuana, B.C., Mexico I lead the research and development of high-performance braking and suspension systems tailored for supercars, motorsport vehicles, and armored platforms. My role focuses on custom engineering solutions that enhance vehicle safety, precision, and performance while maintaining full compatibility with OEM systems.
  
  I oversee the reverse engineering, CAD modeling, and validation of bespoke brake kits and coilover suspensions, ensuring every component is application-specific and production-ready. I also provide technical support for installers and clients, contribute to product standardization, and drive continuous innovation aligned with real-world performance demands.
