Licensed Civil Engineer (PE), CAD Technician

Civil Engineering is my main service. This includes civil site design and planning (residential, commercial sites, municipal, new developments). I also perform a variety of services with storm water management erosion control plans, stormwater management plans, storm water modeling, flood analysis, and watershed determination. I also can assist with CAD drafting projects, HydroCAD modeling, and building permits.

I have worked on more than 100+ projects throughout the United States in my career. Most of these projects being located in MN, SD, TX, and GA. I am currently working as an Licensed Civil Engineer on residential, commercial, and industrial sites with 6 years of experience. I am mostly familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, HydroCAD, and Trimble Business Center software.

As far as my work in Civil 3D goes. I am very familiar with the standard tools and features in C3D (Topo Points, Surfaces, Feature Lines, Alignments, Corridors and Profiles, Pipe Neworks). A typical project workflow for me involves: meeting with the client and discussing the project. Starting with a simple site plan to get an idea of what we are looking at, and from there using existing conditions/surveys to complete the design (site, grading, drainage, utility, and storm water management plans). I generally like to meet with clients on a weekly or as needed basis to coordinate changes and answer questions.
