About me:
Andres is an Ecuadorian with some multi-cultural experience, he lived in Ecuador where he got his Civil Engineering degree and went through a 4 years’ experience in low-income multifamily projects of over 1,200 homes design & construction. Then, motivated by management and construction issues he moved to USA to study his Master of Construction Management at the University of Florida, where he also got a research assistant position and worked on government and commercial projects using BIM.
From there onwards he embraced the BIM world and dedicated on innovating design, management and research towards a futuristic construction environment.
He became a professor in the University Espiritu Santo(UEES) in Guayaquil-Ecuador teaching a master program in BIM and Construction management, while at the same time working as a start up in projects throughout California, Colorado and Texas.
He has diverse range of professional experiences including design, consulting and civil construction, Structural engineering and Building construction; experienced in project management and BIM management.
