I am a Civil Engineering graduate with a strong foundation in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and hands-on experience in architectural and structural modeling using Revit. My primary focus is on delivering high-quality BIM solutions for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. I’ve worked on a variety of projects where I created detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and coordinated models across multiple disciplines.
My core proficiency lies in using Autodesk Revit to develop LOD-based models, extract accurate quantity takeoffs, and support coordination and clash detection workflows. I’ve also worked on wood-framed building designs—modeling rafters, walls, and roof systems in Revit. Notably, I’ve created point-cloud-based models by exporting walkthroughs from Google Earth, converting video frames to images, and importing them into Recap to generate a point cloud for Revit modeling.
My BIM skillset includes:
3D Modeling of architectural, structural, and MEP elements
Development of as-built and design-intent models
Coordination drawings and Revit families
Wood structure modeling including rafters and timber walls
BIM-based quantity takeoffs and schedules
While BIM remains my core focus, I also support estimation tasks such as BOQs, bar bending schedules, and bid documentation using tools like Excel and AutoCAD.
