I am an experienced Electrical Engineer with over 13 years of hands-on expertise in power generation, high-voltage substations, and grid code implementation. I spent 6.5 years at Komani Hydropower Plant, one of the largest in the region, where I was responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including generators, transformers, and protection systems.

Following this, I worked for 6 years at the 400/220/110 kV Tirana 2 Substation under the Albanian Transmission System Operator (TSO), focusing on high-voltage equipment, system reliability, and operational safety. My role involved close coordination with the national dispatch center and the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

For the past year, I have been part of the Grid Code Implementation sector at the Albanian TSO. In this role, I contribute to the development, monitoring, and enforcement of grid code compliance, ensuring that all participants in the transmission network adhere to national and European standards for grid reliability, stability, and performance.

My combined experience in generation, transmission, and regulatory frameworks provides me with a comprehensive understanding of the electrical power system, from generation to grid operation and compliance.
