I am a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in CAD modeling, FEA analysis, and the development of cutting-edge projects. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a CGPA of 8.67 from Anna University, I specialize in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems for industrial applications.
My key projects include the Design and Development of a SCARA Robot, where I led a team to perform Finite Element Analysis and real-time testing using tools like SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and Ansys. Additionally, I successfully fabricated a high-performance electric two-wheeler and developed a predictive maintenance model using machine learning algorithms.
My skills encompass CAD tools (SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360), CAE analysis (Autodesk Nastran), and IT programming (C, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). I am also proficient in optimizing production processes and conducting quality inspections, gained through internships at Emmarkay Automotive Spares Pvt Ltd and Chettinad Cement Corporation.
An achiever at heart, I participated in the SAEISS Electric Two Wheeler Design Competition and hold a patent for innovative battery heat management in electric vehicles. My passion for innovation drives me to deliver impactful solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability.
