• Proficient in Building Construction principles and adherence to relevant codes and regulations. Adaptable to learn and apply international building codes using efficient online resources and AI tools.

2. Revit and AutoCAD Experience:
• 24+ years of combined Revit and AutoCAD drafting experience, with a strong portfolio encompassing diverse project types in Singapore (e.g., School buildings, ION mall, Sengkang and Eng Teng Fong General Hospital, National Arts Gallery, Changi T3) and in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Shabbab and al Nasser clubs, multi-unit residential compound and Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency branches).

3. Revit Modeling:
• 4+ years of Revit modeling expertise, demonstrated on projects such as Eng Teng Fong and Sengkang General Hospitals in Singapore.
Now in my sixties and still physically fit by running and doing kickboxing. Just finish long years of "Renovation Works design and supervision", and now available to start work in a short notice.
