Responsibilities include overseeing the design and integration of steam/water critical piping, firefighting and protection systems, liquid oil and gas fuel systems, and infrastructure utilities storm water drainage ,sewage waste, Drinking water and Roads to ensure full compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.Review and approve equipment and tank layouts and sketches, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards. Perform various duties across the bidding, planning, design, and construction phases of relevant projects. Collaborate with Process Licensors including reviewing and marking up P&IDs, Architect, civil, instrumentation, and electrical drawings. review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and participate in all project-related meetings with clients and project teams. Apply high-level expertise in engineering codes and standards to ensure project compliance and technical excellence. Proficient in creating and reviewing 3D models using multiple software packages, including MicroStation, Plant 3D, AutoCAD, Smart Plant 2D/3D, Aveva E3D, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Inventor, SketchUp, Lumion and Camtasia for presentations. Demonstrated strong technical and managerial capabilities throughout extensive project experience. Responsible for recruiting and mentoring junior engineers and staff to build a skilled team that effectively supports organizational objectives and project requirements. Monitor and support the construction phase by providing guidance and assistance to the responsible project teams, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
