I am a mechanical engineer that excels at product development and SolidWorks modeling. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering. The summer after graduation I interned at Trek Bicycle Corp doing helmet R&D engineering. I have since left Trek to pursue a career as a professional snowboarder. Currently I am doing contract engineering for the company that sponsors my snowboarding. In addition, I am creating photorealistic renders of the product line for marketing campaigns.
- R & D Engineer Trek Bicycle Corp. · Internship May 2022 – Aug 2022 3 mos Waterloo, WI, United States I designed built and tested an early stage helmet prototype that utilized electrical components to provide cyclist with a safer more enjoyable ride. In addition, I designed and fabricated an experimental field test fixtured to conduct exploratory helmet testing to develop a deeper understand into post impact crash dynamics.
