Roof Design for roof replacement or repair specifications include:
An investigation on the existing system. The investigation will include core sampling, investigation of the surrounding walls and wall flashing systems, investigation of all penetration flashings, and investigation of roof drains to
insure they are properly installed and flashed. Preparation of details and drawings. Provide the owner with a scope of work and a time estimate on each roof system.
