My personal focus has been the quality of my work & models I create. I pay attention to what I'm creating, particularly regarding bad geometry that may not export or import very well into other systems. While reuse of models isn't always a requirement of customers, it has been a focus of mine. There's a huge benefit to being able to reuse models along with their drawings when using parametric CAD systems, especially for companies that produce similar products and product lines.
