I have an Associates' degree in Surveying w/GIS option from Kansas State University. I have been working with all brands and accuracy levels of GPS since the early 90s. In the 10 years working for the City of Salina, Ks. Engineering department as Utility Coordinator, I developed a program to survey and geo-reference all of the City's utilities, street conditions (OCI), and signage. This was done using GPS/GIS.; primarily ArcInfo/view, and Acad Map and various GPS equipment and other software. Data was researched, compiled and finally populated, from many different sources.
