Designed and oversaw the machining of an alternative energy project. Education: Manatee Technical Institute, 2 years or 1900 vocational credit hours of Mechanical Drafting and design completed. Currently pursuing mechanical degree with 38 credits towards degree at State College Of Florida. Work Experience: Promedica- (contract) Mechanical Designer Using SolidWorks design machined parts, ECO already existing products in accordance with customers redlines. Reversed engineered parts to incorporated new design features. Cobham- (contract) Mechanical Designer Sustaining documents using SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM vault to recover lost documents. Researching spec sheets for components used in assemblies. Modeling components per spec. sheet; per component. Creating wire lists for cable assemblies. Using Microsoft Excel to create a B.O.M.'s. Hi, 'm a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and work as a Development Engineer in my 9-to-5 job (within Low Voltage Switchgears). I'm skilled in product and concept development, and work with AutoCad/Inventor for visualisation and making files for production. Also, I can do ad-hoc jobs to help Windows/IT-troubleshooting, and work regularly via teamviewer to support customers.
