I am meticulous at drafting, developing precise, accurate, details thoroughly coordinated with plans, elevations & sections. While Modeling, I develop a Virtual Building based on real-world standards and conventions, that is buildable and of good design. During DDs I insist on full coordination of all disciplines, as per kick-off meetings, which I can proctor. My CDs are first class via deliberate dialog with Client, Designers, PA, PM, GC & Consultants. As a PM, I handle what presents itself, understanding timelines & establishing priorities.
