I help pool builders, landscape design-build firms, remodelers and homeowners turn a sketch, survey or plan into drawings people can actually build from and visuals clients can picture themselves in. What I deliver: - Pool and backyard detail sheets: 11x17 to-scale PDF plus DXF, with plan, sections, step details and a fittings schedule dimensioned from the walls. Built for subcontractors and for coordinating site plan, engineering and spec sheet (every conflict listed on the sheet). - To-scale 3D models and photoreal renders of the same design, so the render matches the drawing line for line. - Quantity takeoffs and open-items lists from designer drawing sets (bath, kitchen, outdoor living). - Short motion clips from renders or project photos for presentations and social. Fast turnaround (first deliverable usually within 48 hours), clean files, every dimension checked against the source documents. Everything is handled over messages and shared files, so you get a written plan and a quick first draft rather than a meeting.

I graduated from Penn State with a BS in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2018. I was hired right out of college and have been working daily with Creo and Inventor for about 3 years professionally. I have some AutoCAD experience as well, but do not use daily. About 4 months into my employment I was assigned a 3.5 million dollar project, which I completed on time, under budget and with no issues. I feel confident in my ability to complete any design challenge that comes my way.
