Preparing BOM and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various components to meet design reliability and quality goals. Making detail drawings for pipe lines, plate cutting plan, detail fabrication drawings & schemes for structural steel, field change proposals. Designing and developing piping lay-out and planning studies up to detailed engineering and production of general arrangement & piping fabrication drawings as deliverables. Making general arrangements for piping and equipment sections and details. Routing of process & utility lines as per P&ID, equipment, foundation & structural layout. Developing the conceptual design & piping item as per codes and standards of piping entailing drawings & specification study, vendor selection & finalization, schedule for development, tool modification and final approval. Assisted in preparation of drafting operating procedures for ensuring quality assurance in the preparation and execution of drafting documents. AutoCAD Plant 3D software Admin.- Preparation and Updating of Library and settings as each required detail’s such as BOM (with relevant data’s), weld no. list, Spool no. list, Pipe cut piece length list and Weight table are available in the output drawings. Actively participated in preparing valves and instruments in 3D as real shape and upload to library & AutoCAD Plant 3D – Spec Editor. Preparation and checking of API 650 Storage tanks, structure & civil foundation drawing. AutoCAD Plant 3D independently with minimal guidance/supervision. Can train and check the work of less experienced drafting and design personnel and improve the overall performance of company.
