Able to conduct structural analysis, design and analysis of temporary earth retaining system, reinforced concrete & steel design, and produce AutoCAD construction drawings. Examples of past projects: High-rise residential project. Consist of 1 level car park basement and 9 blocks of 20-storey high buildings. Low-rise residential project. Consist of 1 level car park basement and 4 blocks of 4-storey high buildings. Temporary earth retaining system for Metro Station with excavation of up to 20m deep. Tunneling works for Metro Station using 6.6m diameter Earth Pressure Balance machine with tunneling depth at about 20m below ground level. Pipe-jacking works for 1.5m diameter sewer diversion.

Preparing BOM and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various components to meet design reliability and quality goals. Making detail drawings for pipe lines, plate cutting plan, detail fabrication drawings & schemes for structural steel, field change proposals. Designing and developing piping lay-out and planning studies up to detailed engineering and production of general arrangement & piping fabrication drawings as deliverables. Making general arrangements for piping and equipment sections and details. Routing of process & utility lines as per P&ID, equipment, foundation & structural layout. Developing the conceptual design & piping item as per codes and standards of piping entailing drawings & specification study, vendor selection & finalization, schedule for development, tool modification and final approval.
