Mostly the projects are from the Netherland. One of the expertise is to prepare existing situation drawings in AutoCAD format (layout plans, cross sections, section details, facades, 3d Mass study models) based on information provided in the form of rough sketches, and snaps shots of the existing building. Very good knowledge of historic European buildings (residential, commercial and monumental). Extensive experience in developing following types of drawings: - Architectural floor plans, elevations, cross sections - Shop drawings, door & window details - As built drawings - Construction drawings - Electro mechanical shop drawings - DD drawings - IFC drawings - 3D Modeling, renderings (Interiors & exteriors) - Responsible for assisting in Conceptual Schematic design. - Making and evaluating model studies and preparation of presentation drawings.
