Throughout my career, I have reduced design time by 15% to 25% by creating standard components and assemblies. I also have experience with finite element analysis, calculating the strength of components and tooling I have designed in the program Ansys. This has helped me verify my designs and reduce the number of prototypes required for product development. Furthermore, I have created technical drawings with geometric and dimensional tolerances to facilitate easy and practical assembly. I can also develop bills of materials in Excel for all types of products and tooling I might design.
