18+ years of experience in architecture and interior projects. Working experience with multidisciplinary teams that include architects, interior designers, landscape architects, MEP professionals, structural designers and other specialized consultants, have a very good understanding and expertise in coordination of all aspects of a building project. Having good exposure on construction sites. Manage and coordinate dedicated project teams and processes during all stages of key projects to ensure a smooth project execution and maximize client satisfaction. Act as a link between clients and by conducting regular site visits which include technical assistance, solving problems etc. Support and coordinate the team to finish work as per design and quality. Coordinating design/drawing with technical, production and site team. Capable of managing the project on BIM softwares i.e Revit, Nevisworks, BIM 360 etc. Throughout Follow up from the Tender Stage to Finishing of Scope of projects.
