Starting from concept creation and ideations, 3D CAD Part/Assembly design with maximum and detailed visuals, along with 2D technical drawing with geometric tolerences and BOM on manufacturing standards, Prototyping all the way to a final product optimized for manufacturing. I have good knowledge of materials, Plastic, Composites and their manufacturing processes All in least possible time and at high response rate. I try to minimize the post processes as my design would be Parametric(easy & fast to modify) compatible and feasible for manufacturing (easy to process.)
