I have worked for the last 2 1/2 years as a CAD Designer in the jewellery industry. This role included creating 3D models for manufacture in precious metals, file creation for and running of a laser engraver, printing 3D models and rendering images for client approval, and being part of the design team for in-house collections. Further experience includes freelance design and research assistance over a range of projects, including healthcare and metalsmith fields. My Masters of Design Innovation project 'Designed Deposition' researched new opportunities of Freeform 3D printing, and has been presented at conferences both within New Zealand and internationally. These experiences have grown my abilities in surface, solid and parametric 3D modelling. My interest in design expands to all forms of craft, undertaking my elective papers in fine arts, and dabbling in ceramics, painting and sculpture over the years to create an aesthetic and design perspective that finds importance in crafting materials both by hand and through the aid of CAD and CNC machinery.

I’m currently in my final year of studying Industrial Design at Massey University in Wellington, New Zealand. I have always been interesting and inspired by existing products. Also the idea of able to bring some of the natural form and function into my design. As an industrial design student I enjoy drawing, using the machinery in the workshop to bring products to life and work with computer media. I also have knowledge of using Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino and other basic adobe software. Including basic understanding of manufactures processes, model making and design sketches.

My main specialisation is in CAE projects - mainly computational fluid dynamic using open-source software. In 2010 I have obtained my Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology treating my master dissertation on aeroelastic effects of dynamical loads from flapping wings. From 2010 until 2012 I had followed the second Master degree in Physics working on numerical simulation of physical properties of binary star systems. From 2013 until 2016 I worked on numerical modelling of reactive flows and fluid-solid interaction using OpenFoam obtaining PhD degree from Politecnico di Milano. In the meantime, I have been involved in several freelancing projects using CFD dynamic ranging from aerodynamical simulation to multiphase flow.
