I am an architectural technician and BIM modeler with over 20 years of experience in architecture, construction and renovation projects in Latvia and Norway. I work professionally in ArchiCad but started with AutoCAD, producing accurate BIM models, 2D drawings and as‑built plans for architects, builders and developers. And my passion is precision, details and architectural modeling. My background includes roles as architectural technician, construction manager, team leader and CEO, which gives me a strong understanding of the full building process, from design and documentation to site work and client communication.
