Architect with a background in Geological Engineering (Bachelor of Architecture, UAM Azcapotzalco; Geological Engineering, IPN-ESIA Ticomán) and 3 years of experience in BIM. I specialize in converting laser scan and point cloud data into precise, high-quality Revit models for renovation, heritage, and as-built projects. My technical foundation in geology and surveying gives me a strong understanding of site conditions and topography that most BIM modelers don't have — a real advantage for projects involving existing structures or complex terrain. Recently completed the pre-renovation and progress-tracking BIM modeling for a 1,000 m² public hospital renovation project in Mexico, supporting coordination throughout the construction process. I also bring hands-on construction supervision experience, so I understand how models are actually used in the field, not just how they look on screen. Comfortable working with distributed, international teams and committed to delivering clash-free, well-organized models on time.

Every successful project begins with understanding. I take the time to understand the project goals, the intended experience, and the needs of the people who will use the space before developing the design. I am an architectural designer specializing in 3D modeling, architectural visualization, and design development, with extensive hands-on experience using Chief Architect and Lumion 3D. My workflow combines accurate architectural modeling with high-quality visual communication. I create detailed 3D models, photorealistic renderings, architectural presentations, and visual “before and after” concepts that help clients, architects, builders, and stakeholders clearly understand a design before it is built. In recent years, I have also integrated generative AI into my visualization workflow to enhance image quality, explore design alternatives, refine materials and atmosphere, and develop more compelling visual presentations. I use AI as a design and visualization enhancement tool while keeping the underlying architectural logic, spatial relationships, and project requirements at the center of the process. I have a particular interest in biophilic design, experiential architecture, and human-centered environments, especially spaces that use nature, materiality, light, scale, and sensory qualities to create better experiences for people. My goal is simple: to turn architectural ideas into clear, convincing, and emotionally engaging visual experiences that help people make better design decisions.

I offer AutoCAD drafting for 2D drawings, drawing cleanup, and work from sketches, existing plans, or PDFs. I use ArchiCAD to create BIM models with plans, sections, and elevations. My construction-site experience helps me interpret dimensions, materials, and technical requirements in a practical way. My CAD and BIM work focuses on houses and small buildings.
