I help architects, engineers, and design teams turn incomplete drawings, CAD files, survey data, and existing-building information into coordinated Revit models and clear project documentation. My background combines building engineering, civil engineering, BIM workflows, and practical structural analysis. My services include architectural and structural Revit modeling, CAD-to-BIM conversion, terrain reconstruction from survey points and CAD elevations, parametric family setup, view templates, drawing coordination, AutoCAD drafting, and visualization in Enscape and Twinmotion. I can also support structural modeling and verification of reinforced-concrete and masonry elements using EdiLus, with additional experience in SAP2000, ETABS, and ATENA 2D. My recent work covers residential and heritage buildings in Italy, including existing structures where drawings, materials, or site information are incomplete. I focus on traceable assumptions, consistent model organization, and coordinated documentation that remains usable as the design changes. Typical deliverables include Revit building models, architectural and structural drawings, terrain models, AutoCAD plans, 3D views, renders, and walkthroughs. If you have sketches, legacy CAD files, survey data, or an existing building that needs to be reconstructed digitally, send me the available material and I will help define a practical scope and deliverable set.

I am an Architectural Designer and BIM Specialist, with a background in Architectural Engineering and I am currently studying a Master's in Landscape Architecture. My work is a hybrid of design thinking and technical precision, whether designing complex Revit families, coordinating BIM workflows or designing landscape and urban spaces from conceptual design to construction documentation. I use Revit as my main tool for all project sizes (architectural, landscape, and urban) and have experience with creating parametric families, building project templates, creating coordinated BIM models, and providing clean, construction-ready documentation. I understand the design side, I understand the technical infrastructure behind a well-run BIM project, so I can jump in as a modeler, as a family creator or as a coordinator depending on what the project needs. In terms of design, my academic and professional work spans architectural projects, landscape masterplanning and urban interventions. I’ve worked on complicated urban sites where ecology, history, infrastructure and public space intersect – and I bring that layered thinking to everything I do professionally. What I bring to CADcrowd: -Creation of Parametric Revit Families (architectural components, landscape elements, custom furniture, etc. -BIM modeling and coordination for architectural and landscape projects -Revit project template and standards development -Survey-to-model workflows and as-built documentation Architectural & Landscape drafting, all design phases I'm punctual, deadline-conscious and communicative throughout the whole process. I don't just give you files, I deliver models that are organized, coordinated and ready for fabrication. I am based in Rome but work with clients across Europe and internationally and am comfortable working across time zones and project scales – from small residential families to large-scale landscape and urban BIM projects. If you are looking for someone who knows the art of design as well as the science of BIM, let's connect.
